Losing toxic weight

Losing toxic weight
Why do some people gain weight while others do not?

Why do some people when they overeat simply have more BMs and heat, while others gain mass?

The key lies in the quality of the food, the person’s Metabolic Type, ancestry, and blood type.

Also, toxic by-products can get stored in fat, when the liver and cells cannot process our excess waste from a not-natural diet and lifestyle.

Many of the diseases are the Earth’s way of eliminating disharmony.  If we eat too much, we rot from the insides out.  Then rot-loving microbes and worms grow in us to eat the rot, then they poop out some toxic stuff too.  We get caught in craving “what they want ” and we get the toxic by-products and do not know it.

Nature has a way of getting rid of that which is not in alignment with Harmony.  Our “world leaders” have led us astray, from cheap easy ways to thrive, to expensive medical procedures with limited long-term health benefits outside of heroic emergency measures.

Overweight defined?

My definition is we have too much weight if we have a goal and cannot accomplish it due to being too heavy.

The official definition is: If your BMI is 18.5 to <25, it falls within the healthy weight range. If your BMI is 25.0 to <30, it falls within the overweight range. If your BMI is 30.0 or higher, it falls within the obesity range.

What is BMI = Body Mass Index?

What does my BMI mean?

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person’s weight in kilograms (or pounds) divided by the square of height in meters (or feet). A high BMI can indicate high body fatness. BMI screens for weight categories that may lead to health problems, but it does not diagnose the body fatness or health of an individual.

Importance of supportive environment-Psychological barriers to weight loss:
    • Poor self-image

    • Divided self-talk

    • Shame/guilt

    • Filling the “void” / Hungry ghost

    • Need for self-acceptance

Importance of supportive environment-Psychological barriers to weight loss:
    • Fasting

    • Cleansing (colon, liver, kidneys, blood)

    • Thorough chewing

    • Smaller portions

    • Eat early, not late

    • Decrease carbohydrates, increase protein and fat

    • Taking herbal stimulants (cayenne, rosemary, ginger, garlic, ginseng)

    • Appetite suppressants (green tea, black tea, yerba mate, coffee)

What Can I Do?

I have helped hundreds of people lose weight without having to “focus on weight loss.”  There are some simple steps anyone can do:

  • Water/liquid half body weight in oz per day
  • More veggies – cooked, raw, and fermented at 50-70% of your food volume
  • Stop alcohol in all forms
  • Stop all refined salts, sugars, flours, and oils
  • Get fun movement/exercise every day <> this helps us sleep deeper and hence repair more efficiently.
  • Stop all sweeteners, use raw local honey (<1tbsp/day) or stevia.  Keep carbs below 100 grams per day.
Stop use of all refined salts and processed foods, use Celtic sea salt
  • No fried foods or cooking oils – once a week only.  Steam or water-saute foods, then add raw fats like cultured butter, virgin coconut oils, olive oils, etc…
Use 4-6 tbsp of oils per day – put on warm food after cooking or melt gently if solid like coconut oil (very low heat – just long enough to barely melt) and add to raw foods
  • Eat more fats/oil with veggies for breakfast, and lots of leafy greens (we will talk about specifics).
  • Eat only 1 cup of cooked carbs per day.  Do your best and any meal could work.  Eat from low glycemic veggies in your food sheet available upon request.  Fruits, brown rice and indicated grains, yams, sweet potato, and carbo veggies from the Starter kit could be your carb source.
  • There are six types of carbohydrates, which ones do you best on?  They are:
    • Grains
    • Legumes
    • Sweeteners – simple sugars
    • Fruit
    • Vegetables
    • Dairy (like milk)
  • Make 2 cups grated beets, add 2 tbsp virgin olive oil, and 2 tbsp lemon, or lime juice, then eat 1/2 cup of this twice a day between meals.  After two weeks of this, eat 1 cup of the mixture twice a day between meals for another 4-6 weeks.  May be eaten during a meal also, mixed with other salad-type veggies.

I wish you good luck, and please schedule an appointment if you need any further assistance.

my disclaimer is this is my experience, it is in no way the gospel truth.  Apply accordingly.  Many have, and had ‘an experience they could not deny.”

Many thanks to all the great community-oriented people gathering in solidarity.
