- One simple way is when we become aware we are not present we can take 5 breaths of six count inhale and six count exhale
- Another method is to find appreciation and gratitude when we wake and before bed and to “choose the better feeling thought” when given a choice.
- Find someone and or a group you trust, you feel safe and welcome with, and set SMART goals. Be held accountable for your goals and new higher values of health.
- Practice speaking from your heart = in the moment, use I Statements, and monitor triggers and reactions for inquiry.
This is a typical Blended Juice set of ingredients = chop up, put in blender with water to cover, blend well, let sit 10-15 minutes, blend once more, then put over a strainer and massage out the juice! If you like all the fiber you can just puree and drink and chew it all up. But I’ve found the strained juice allows me a higher yield
