Surfing Health Threats

Possible General Nutrition Protocol

These are collected options from many sources, and any ONE of them will not be effective, but following your personal protocol with the help of a good practitioner.

  • Zinc (30-80mg per day depending on immunological pressure) With adequate copper and iron and other minerals to make a good balance
    • liver and shellfish are the best sources of both
    • Sunlight’s has 27 forms of D, With Vitamin F, A, AND K.   Do not mega dose D
    • Take D3 at 1000IU or less per day as ongoing
  • Whole food C, ideally fresh out of ground foods – no more than 500mg synthetic AA in ANY form
  • Quercetin (500-1000 mg, twice daily)* – you can get it from plants
  • Iodine* – make sure to use Lugols and not some ego-driven product “that’s the best.”
  • PQQ* (colleague recommends)
  • C60 (1-3 droppers full per day): One of the issues we are seeing with those who have been injected is disturbances in their energetic field (magnetism) and hot spots of inflammation. C60 is a rich source of electrons and acts as a fire extinguisher to inflammation and simultaneously (because it bio-distributes throughout the body) drives a normalization of electron flow throughout the body. In this category, they offer two products, the traditional C60 product* is made by yours truly and the C60 SuperConcentrate* is caused by a carbon scientist friend of mine and contains a higher concentration of electrons.
  • Charcoal (2-4 capsules a day): Charcoal is the pre-eminent detoxifier and when taken on an empty stomach, works its way down into the intestines and activates a blood purification process known as “interstitial dialysis”. Their Kohlbitr* product is the premier activated coconut charcoal in the world and we also now offer the more soft birch charcoal.*
Superherbs to help disable spike protein:
  • Schizandra Berry* (high in shikimate)
  • Triphala formulations: In Sanskrit, the word Triphala means “three fruits”: a combination of Indian gooseberry (Emblica Officinalis), black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), and belleric myrobalan (Terminalia belerica). The Terminalia fruits are rich in shikimate.
  • St. John’s Wort (shikimate is found throughout the entire plant and in the flowers)
  • Comfrey Leaf (rich in shikimate)
  • Feverfew (leaves and flowers are rich in shikimate)
  • Gingko Biloba Leaf (rich in shikimate)
  • GiantHyssop or Horsemint (Agastache urtifolia) (rich in shikimate)
  • Liquidambar (Sweet Gum tree) A tea of the spiky seed pods is rich in shikimate.
  • Peppermint (very high in hesperidin)
  • Pine Needle Tea for shikimic acid or shikimate (from green edible pine needles) There are toxic pine needles, be careful! When drinking pine needle tea, drink the oil/resin that accumulates too! Shikimate, shikimic acid, and their derivatives possess cancer-fighting, antiviral, antimicrobial, anticoagulant, and antithrombotic properties.
  • Fennel and/or Star Anise Tea: These are also an excellent source of shikimate or shikimic acid (which is known to neutralize the spike protein)
  • Carrots and Carrot Juice
  • Plant Sprouts are generally considered to be rich in shikimate. I have found testing of 5 sprouts and all were rich in shikimate: red kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), moth bean (Vigna aconitifolia), soybean (Glycine max), mung bean (Vigna radiate), and alfalfa (Medicago saliva) were analyzed for their shikimic acid content during germination.
  • Nattokinase (enzyme) and Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans that have been fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. Natto (also rich in vascular protective Vitamin K2) and Nattokinase have a history of being used to prevent blood clots. The idea here is that the enzyme Nattokinase goes to work dissolving clots.
  • Citrus fruit (especially blood oranges, due to their high hesperidin content — hesperidin is a chalcone like quercetin that deactivates spike protein)
  • Wheatgrass and Wheatgrass Juice (blades are high in shikimate)

via borax solution – or add 1tsp borax powder to every quart of the silica broth below and each one tsp dose = 3mg boron.  One could add more borax after the first round of dosing.  But not too much too fast.


Boil down 1lb horsetail herb (or oat straw dried or other grain stalks if these are not available) in as little water as possible for 20 minutes, lid on.  Then strain and reduce down to as little as possible.  This is silica—another important herb.  


via kelp, seaweeds, and Lugol’s solution.  Do not buy/get anything else as it’s unproven and these have worked for hundreds of years.  Lugol’s since the 1840s.  They work, proven so, and yet medicine works with toxic poison iodine, and not both forms KI and I.

FRESH green juices 

Chlorophyll and a form of magnesium in the chlorophyll molecule.  Also, vitamin c will be found in ALL fresh fruits and vegetables, and herbs. THE MOST when taken fresh out of the ground. So fresh food vitamin C = life force, and the opposite of nano-tech = death and fake life.

Calcium in the right ratio with Magnesium300 mg Ca and 900 mg Mg good starting points

Sodium in the right ratio with Potassium – use Celtic salt as desired, and use veggie juices, and fruits for potassium

Zinc in the right ratio with copper – liver, and shellfish

RAW Fats/oils – for new cell membranes – esp raw butter, raw egg yolks, raw cream, raw flax and hemp oils, raw olives, raw avocado, raw olive oil

Cholesterol rich foods <> in balance <> unsaturated fats – organ meats, eggs, cheeses, butter, meats <> flax, chia, hemp, fish

Herbs for better immune cells, cell membranes, gut cells, lung cells, and more

Gynostemma, Nettles, Gotu kola, Bacopa, Comfrey, Mullein, St Johns wort, a lot more (possibly adaptogens are a category to explore or the old Vedic “Rasayanas.”

SLEEP = number one item to make sure is solid
