Eating Within the Seasons

By eating within what is in season, we help ourselves adapt to the area we live and end up in better health.

We do so for these reasons:

  1. We consume the same water, sun, air, and minerals/nutrients in the soil as Nature provides
  2. Easier adaptation to changes in temperature, humidity and other weather changes
  3. Get less illnesses
  4. Have better energy
  5. It’s more fun!
