Beet Kvass Demo
The first step is to clean your beets well.
Step 2 – cut the beets into cubes.
I always keep Kvass in the house. It is great for digestion, rebuilding the gut flora, liver stagnation, and blood building.
You can buy the whole demonstration, which includes the whole slide show, audio and written instruction for $20.

HEALTH
Zapper Barney (for cancer, HIV, and other diseases) – A website devoted to promoting useful information about degenerative disease. Products such as parasite zappers, magnetic pulsers, books and more are available. Bob Beck’s Protocols for Cancer and more - This work is based on mild blood electrification, magnetic pulsing, colloidal silver, and ozonated water. These are all easy and cheap methods to raise health and help our bodies repair. This is not a cancer cure (must say this for the FDA).
Bernard Jensen website – Excellent website with tools and information for cleansing, detoxification, and learning iris reading. Iridology (iris reading) is an excellent way to read tissue health, along with degenerative processes.
The Cure Research Foundation – Links and info for almost any degenerative illness. Highly recommended for those without any health knowledge, and in need of information to challenge or advise their MD about other, more natural methods besides drugs, surgery or other potentially harmful interventions.
Conscious Colors and More – Excellent website for healing and practical matters of yoga and cooking through cookwell.com. They are based in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Craig’s Esoteric Essays – The Inner Mysteries – Check out my postings on more esoteric matters in health. There are many inspiring stories and other more “spiritual” aspects to health.
Health Revelations Online Forum – Dr. Alan Inglis website. Looks like a good resource for questions, folk doctor tips, and articles.
Doctor Dobbins Health Website – A very simple website with lots of links to other health areas. This is very respected clinician in health, a teacher’s teacher. Many health pros defer to him for Standard Process products and healing protocols.
Body Ecology Diet – Excellent website offering a perspective of healing occurring from the guts first. Donna studied Macrobiotics, like Craig, and took it further than the dogma. Her perspectives are unique, fresh, and true. We must have a sound intestinal flora and digestive capacity to be healthy and energetic. The site offers help, classes, products, and more.
Weston Price – Informative website with great information, challenging the “diet dictocrats” of our modern food systems. Traditional diet therapy is the focus and personal experience.
Thomas Cowan’s MD – Cancer, healing, medical information, holistic referral
The Naive Vegetarian - Excellent information de-bunking the myths about what humans think they need, versus what we actually thrive on. Very science based, excellent.
Standard Process supplement descriptions - for clients to look up what they are taking
Mediherb herbal supplement descriptions - for clients to look up these herbs
Great Taste No Pain – Go to this website for digestive relief, sometimes within 24 hours. This is food combining, and other methods I have found to be very valuable.
HEALTH PRODUCTS
Cancer Salves – Excellent information about the use of topicals to draw out tumors and other stuff like lipomas.
Care2.com – webmail and activism, all in one.
Vitacost website - good and cheap
Mt. Capra Goat milk whey - excellent for stomach troubles and mineral source FROM FOOD, not isolates

Planetary Herbs - good site for those who want to learn or use a skilled herbalist besides myself
Plant finder - use this to look up plants to identify
SPIRITUAL TEACHERS & TEACHINGS
Inner Tranquility – Good website, especially for those on the East Coast of the US. Based out of Maryland, this guy is doing and teaching the same things I teach: good food, pranayama, energy reprogramming and tonification, detox, tantra, and alot more.
Pacific Tao – Qigong and Tai Chi teachings on DVD by Mantak Chia. Author of the “Multi-Orgasmic Man.”
Adyashanti – The website for Open gate sangha, a group that supports the teaching of Adyashanti. Events, books, tapes, and support for those on a spiritual path can be found here.
Macrobiotics - Excellent “new school” macrobiotic website full of less dogmatic teachings than in the past. The newer generation of macro teachers offer much more unbiased and quality information.
SUSTAINABILITY
Green Eating – this site is a Bay Area based network to help us find resources.
Sustainable Nutrition – Website devoted to empowering Santa Cruz and Bay Area residents that lists classes, food buying groups, and online/local support groups. This is a real people group helping real people.
Foundation of Sustainable Living – A group dedicated to the ongoing survival of community and the future. As the site builds, many areas to find information, network with like-minded people, and build community will be available. Examples are sustainable foods to grow, sustainable building materials, and more.
freewatersangha – For those who wish to support themselves in a growth of spiritual practice. The site lists events for Mokshananda and Marlies.
Sustainable Agricultural Resource Center – An excellent website dedicated to supporting ourselves through growing food. The site offers links, contacts, and events throughout the central california coast.

Doctor Duke Food Database - When a food is inputted into this database, a biochemical profile will be displayed. Excellent tool to check out your healing foods (and not so good ones!)
Unified Community Information – A wonderful resource for health, nutrition, herbal, and sustainable living. One can search for any topic, scan for links to reliable websites, or browse through interesting information.
The Color Test

This is a great check-in (and fun) for one’s hand-eye coordination. I have heard it is a good test for mental functions.

RECOMMENDED READING – Categorized books by theme
General Highly recommended
Nourishing Traditions – Sally Fallon
This is the book for those who want recipes, really good stories, excellent data about the downfalls of “the politically correct corporate food system.”
Healing With Whole Foods – Paul Pitchford
This is the subtle and energetic counterpart to the book above. If anyone has only two books on cooking and nutrition, these are my two recommends. Except for the raw foodists would not find them as helpful. This book has great data and studies, the energetic approach to food and healing, and decent recipes, though they are not the reason I am recommending the book.
Weight loss
The Zone – Barry Sears
Easy to understand ways to keep the carbohydrates under control, and why. This approach has been thoroughly investigated and holds alot of credibility in my practice.
Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution – Robert Atkins
Once a controversial approach, high fat and protein, alot of vegetables, and very low carbohydrate intake makes this approach a little more difficult than the Zone. But it is excellent for those with diabetic complications, insulin resistance, syndrome x, and poor carbohydrate handling that comes with difficult weight loss.
Any book by Bernard Jensen
Athletic performance
The Zone – see above
Nutrition Almanac – Dunne (5th edition)
Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine – Murray/Pizzorno
Great resource with good data and recommendations for top performance.
From Soil to Supplement – Royal Lee
One of the landmark books on Nutrition. Only available through Selene River Press or IFNH. Excellent information on all aspects of diet, and if one is willing to read between the lines, great ideas about athletic performance.
Adrenal Fatigue – J. Wilson
Important book about “The General Adaptation Syndrome.” This occurs as an adaptation to stress and overwork/overexercising. Good tips to nurture these important organs, of which we cannot be motivated to exercise and do anything.
Deep Nutrition – Kate Shanahan MD
This book landed in my lap, literally from a client. It has the best explanation of cellulite, blood sugar, bad fats versus good fats and what they do, gut flora, and how bad the medical system is. Highly recommended.
